AGM Postponement – IMPORTANT

CDA AGM

Due to recent staff changes, we have identified a need to make further checks into some outstanding invoices from the 2018/19 period. We have therefore decided to postpone the AGM until late January/early February while these checks are completed and the accounts finalised. Please note that we have been informed that there are no indications of any untoward activities, the issues are with the bookkeeping and lack of payment of invoices. 

Once the revised date has been decided, we will of course notify members as required. If there is anyone who wishes to put their name forward for election to the board of Trustees at the AGM, please contact us.
