We are recruiting for two new roles

Support Work Team Leader – 20hours per week, £12.90ph

Can be based Kendal, Carlisle or Barrow (with the potential of some home working)

This role is to coordinate, train and assist our team of support workers across Cumbria. It is ideal for
someone with a care background who wants to be part of a dedicated team, ensuring our clients are
well supported.

Community Engagement Coordinator – 15 hours per week, £15ph

Based in the Carlisle office

As the job title suggests this really is a community based role to include; training, presentations,
fundraising, networking and anything else that actively helps build relationships within the
community.

General Information

• Both roles require BSL level 3 (accredited) or fluent sign language
• Both roles require travel throughout Cumbria
• An understanding of the deaf community and issues affecting people who are hard of hearing would be beneficial
