Welcoming Third BSL University Student Stewart Paterson

We’d like to warmly welcome Stewart Paterson who is currently on a work placement with Cumbria Deaf Association. Here are a few words from Stewart:

“I’m Stewart Paterson, I’m 22, and I’m a 3rd year student from Heriot Watt University currently on work placement with Cumbria Deaf Association.

“I started studying BSL with Heriot Watt after I attended an introductory afternoon course in Dumfries and became interested in learning more about the language.

“Out of studying, my hobbies include playing music, baking, and gardening.”
