Funding for Bendrigg Residential 2018

For many years Cumbria Deaf Association has run extremely successful family residential weekends at Bendrigg Lodge. Esther Palliser has already begun planning for the 2018 event and was thrilled to find out from Cumbria Community Foundation that CDA has been awarded £1,330 from the Youth Social Action Fund to help fund the weekend. Esther says she is delighted that the opportunity to deliver social action amongst young people can continue and the weekend, which enhances young people’s social lives and provides the opportunity to meet new people, has been supported for another year.
